Mahogany Ladies’ Desk

This simple desk looks well in a living room, work room or study. The thin strips of ebony follow the curved top and three shallow drawers provide room for pen, pencils and writing paper. It could be made in other combinations such as walnut with maple or ash inlay. The base is put together with mortise and tenon joints or with dowels. Both options are shown on the plans.
